Cambourne is a growing Community which is served by Cambourne Town Council. As Cambourne develops the Town Council is transferred facilities to make Cambourne a sustainable Community. The Town Council is responsible for the maintenance and letting of substantial number of community facilities.

The following job vacancies are:

FINANCE AND PREMISES OFFICER

Full time appointment

The post holder will work as part of the Town Council administration. Specifically, in ensuring the Councils Finances are being maintained in line with the legislation governing Town Councils and ensuring the letting, Maintenance of the Town Councils Premises and Facilities.

GROUNDS PERSON or APPRENTICE GROUNDS PERSON

Full time appointment

The post holder will work alongside the existing Grounds Maintenance Team under the leadership of the Head Groundsman and leadership team to assist in ensuring that any land, property, facilities or resources that Cambourne Town Council (CTC) is responsible for is maintained and, where possible enhanced, to an agreed high standard.

CLEANERS

Part time appointments

The post holder will work alongside the existing Caretaker and new cleaners to maintain and clean the Town Council’s property to a high standard of cleanliness.

The council is looking for a team of part time Cleaners with flexible hours.
